Minutes submitted by Alverta Symes, Acting Secretary

At the June meeting I noted a couple of errors in regard to the reported Checking Account: A bill of $10.00 paid to Betty Ann Gustafson for the expense paid to have a new name plate engraved on the People’s Choice Trophy was not included in the list of reported expenses. I also made a $1.00 typo for the total expenses which were actually $62.48 thus leaving corrected balance at $534.95.

May 24 Reported Balance: $$8,514.52 Since then I have deposited $30.00 in receipts from the June 18 Judges Training Class and transferred $1100.00 to the Checking Account to pay expenses incurred since May 24, 2011. ($1020.05 was moved from the Regular Club Sub-Account and $79.95 was moved from the Judges Sub-Account.)
The June 21, 2011 Account Balance is $7,444.52.
New Sub-Account Balances:
Club Account $ 6,431.47
Judges Account 501.05
Memorials Account 512.00

May 24 Corrected Balance: $534.95. Since then I have made the deposits of $1100 from the Savings Account as above which gives a Balance of $1634.95. I have paid expenses totaling $1,231.33. The balance remaining is $403.62. I paid the following expenses during the past month: $118.44 to Pete Addeo for A toner refill pack which was used for color printing of posters, etc over a two year period; $150.00 to Carol Addeo for newsletter expense for July through Dec 2011; $16.15 to Allegra Printing for the June show schedules; $200.00 in cash was withdrawn to assist show judges and workers for their lunches during
the Median and Main shows ($5.00 each person each show): Visiting Judge Jeanette Graham was paid $25.45 for Judges Training expenses incurred and $150.00 in travel expenses and gratuity from Trim Falls, ID; Judy Blunt was reimbursed $35.00 for making a cake and purchasing ice cream for the June show “Ice Cream Social” awards party; Paul Ronaldo was paid $213.50 for repairs and other services on the Fort Missoula Iris Display Garden sprinkler system; $69.85 was reimbursed Elizabeth Gustafson for cleaning costs for the green show table clothes and also reimbursed $37.94 for Sunshine flowers to Linda Sadler following knee surgery; $200.00 was sent to MidAmerica Garden for the PREZ rhizome order; three checks in the amount of $5.00 each were sent to Lynn Weger,

Roger Muir and Jim Sadler for their Median Show lunch money. I also have deposited $75.00 in cash remaining from the lunch fund which leaves a June 21, 2011 balance of $478.62 in this Account.
